SLICE presented at the 13th Silicon PV conference in Delft

On April, 13th 2023 the research conducted in the frame of SLICE was presented by Audrey Morisset through an oral presentation at the 13th International Conference on Crystalline SIlicon Photovoltaics (Silicon PV) in Delft, NL.

The presentation was titled Impact of Doping Type and Thermal Budget on Long-Term Stability of Poly-Si Passivating Contacts.

The Silicon PV conference is a yearly international event during which experts from around the world meet and discuss the latest progress in advanced technologies, materials and concepts for crystalline silicon solar cells and modules.
